Job Description and Responsibilities:

• proactively identity, analyze, implement, execute and maintain best practices and methodology, communicate learning’s to all teams and make sure project team and the studio are set up for efficient success
• liaise with international project managers in other countries as well as able to focus not only for a single project but also overall global priorities
• demonstrate capabilities to drive animation project from beginning to end
• identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and development goals and estimate the impact of project milestone changes as they affect the upstream and downstream projects or dependencies
• demonstrate strong leadership qualities: functional expertise; integrity; forward-thinking; collaboration; hard work; compassion; excellent communication skills; mentorship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experiences
  
• 5+ years of strong experience in animation, project management in featured animation, animated television, cartoon
  
• proven successful track record in managing and delivering complex projects involving multiple deliverables and complex team and dependencies
  
• Fluent in English and Chinese
